On day one, or during the initial engagement with the patient, the medical coordinator will attempt to grasp the patient’s problem and will steer the patient toward the most effective treatment options. The medical coordinator will provide assistance to you in scheduling your OPD and will assist you in making contact with the most appropriate physician in light of your requirements.
